  1. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order before it has been shipped from our warehouse.

To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team immediately at contact@Excelerate.com or call 8122457399 with your Order ID.

If the order is successfully cancelled, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method.

  1. Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date, only under the following conditions:

You received a damaged or defective product.

You received an incorrect product (different from what you ordered).

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.

How to Initiate a Return:

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged or incorrect item.

Email us at Excelerate@gmail.com with your Order ID and clear photographs or a short video showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item.

Our team will review your request and, upon approval, will arrange for a reverse pickup.

  1. Refund Policy

Once we receive the returned item at our warehouse, it will be inspected by our quality control team.

If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.

Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflect in your account.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Items purchased during a sale or with a discount code.

Digital products or e-gift cards.

Items damaged due to misuse or neglect by the customer.
