We are dedicated to delivering your classroom decoration supplies in a timely and efficient manner.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping in India

We ship to all serviceable pin codes within India.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value, which will be communicated on the website.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Metro Cities: Typically 3-5 business days after dispatch.

Rest of India: Typically 5-8 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be delayed due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, remote locations, or courier delays).

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

5. Undeliverable Orders

If our courier partner is unable to deliver the product after two attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse. We will contact you to arrange for re-delivery (which may incur additional shipping charges) or to process a refund for the product amount (excluding shipping charges).
